Kabaya User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Kabaya account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at support@kabaya.ph with the subject line: “Kabaya Data Deletion Request”.
- From the email address associated with your Kabaya account, include:
- Your full name
- Your phone number (if used for login)
- Any additional details that help us locate your account
- We will verify your request, then delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone number).
- Sign-in identifiers and tokens.
- Saved addresses and preferences.
- Support conversations.
What May Be Retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to maintain accurate business records (e.g., anonymized order totals for analytics).
