Kabaya allows customers to browse menus and place orders with partner restaurants. Restaurants fulfill orders directly.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Orders and Payments

Payments are made directly to partner restaurants unless otherwise stated. Kabaya is not the seller of food items.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Kabaya is not responsible for restaurant offerings, availability, pricing, or delivery performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
