For Customers

How do I place an order?
Open the Kabaya app, find a restaurant, add items to your cart, and checkout. The restaurant confirms and prepares your order for pickup or delivery.
Who delivers my food?
Restaurants manage delivery themselves (or offer pickup). Delivery availability and fees are shown in the app.
How do I pay?
Pay the restaurant directly upon pickup or delivery (cash for now). Online payments will roll out soon.
I need help with an order
Message the restaurant via the order screen. If you still need help, email support@kabaya.ph with your order number.

For Restaurant Partners

How do I join Kabaya?
Apply via our partner form. We’ll verify your details and guide you through onboarding.
How does billing work?
You’ll see monthly fees in Billings inside the partner app. Each month, download your invoice and summary, then submit proof of payment.
Can I pause accepting orders?
Yes. Use the Accepting Orders switch in your Orders tab to pause/resume instantly.

  1. Open Billings and select the month.
  2. Download your Invoice and Summary.
  3. Pay the total fees and upload proof of payment.
  4. Keep documents for your records.
